Specialist Supplier Quality (m/w/d) with a focus on supplier development

The product-related safeguarding of the delivery quality as well as the QM-side, preventive and product-related supplier development (quality planning) is one of your main tasks In this context, you are specifically responsible for defining, implementing and pursuing quality planning The central technical fault management incl. Warranty is another priority of your activity Furthermore, you will moderate feasibility analyses in cross-functional teams Examination of purchase contracts for QM holders is also part of your field of activity You evaluate the QM methods of suppliers, such as lshikawa, FMEA and/or Kaizen, for errors and completeness In addition, you are responsible for defining and pursuing the necessary quality measures with the supplier The control, consolidation and responsibility of product groups and/or projects from the perspective of QM supplier development incl. the QM escalation management completes your exciting task

They have a successfully completed technical study with multi-year or technicians with long-term relevant professional experience plus relevant additional qualifications or a comparable qualification We require a completed additional training to the QM manager, further relevant additional qualifications are a plus You have strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques and QM management tools, such as FMEA, lshikawa, 8D method, Kaizen You are very routined in handling the current MS Office applications Ideally you bring knowledge to the CAQ system Babtec and SAP/R3 A structured, independent and proactive procedure is of course for you They are strong, sensitive and appreciate teamwork Self-confidence, a safe occurrence as well as negotiation and enforcement strength You can convince us with your very good method and moderation skills They are open to traveling in Germany and abroad and have fluent English skills
