IT Architect (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)!

Location: Am Erlengraben 3, 76275 Ettlingen, Germany

Analysis of technical and technical requirements and translation into sustainable architectural concepts Defining technical standards and documenting decisions comprehensible Close cooperation with engineering, devOps, security and infrastructure teams to ensure holistic architecture (e.g. scalability, resilience, observability, security) You drive the modularization and decoupling of the systems, for example by microservices, domain-driven design (DDD), event-driven architectures or self-contained systems Assessment of technical quality of existing systems, identification of technical debt and development of modernisation strategies Together with product management, you design the technical roadmap, including make-or-buy decisions and investment planning Considering non-functional requirements (performance, availability, wartability, security etc.) in architectural planning Support in the introduction of new development and operating models, such as cloud native approaches, CI/CD, infrastructure as code or platform engineering

A completed MINT study (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, System Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable study programme) Multiannual experience in the implementation of IT projects and in the creation and documentation of corporate and software architectures Funded know-how in enterprise and software architecture management, data, network and security architecture as well as modern technologies such as cloud and container technologies (e.g. Docker) Experience with BPMN, low-code platforms and architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) Strong analytical skills, experience in modelling (UML, Archimate, BPMN) and project management You bring team spirit with you and make it easy to explain even complex technical topics in German and English
