Completed training as a gardener (w/m/d), garden and landscape farmer (w/m/d) or multi-year practical experience in green care Safe handling of common machines and equipment (Rasenmäher, Heckenschere, Freischneider etc.) Joy of physical work outdoors at (almost) any weather Reliable, careful and independent operation Teamability and friendly appearance to customers and users readiness to seasonal operations (e.g. early service hours in summer, winter service)
