Own-sponsored management and organisation of construction projects in function as general contractor Control and monitoring of the assembly design taking into account all applicable safety regulations Active participation in construction meetings and coordination with contracting entities and subcontractors Creation and testing of dimensions in close cooperation with project management Planning and implementation of the material disposition and coordination of all construction sites Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements in the areas of occupational safety, quality and environmental protection

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the technical assembly process and in the management of construction sites Funded technical understanding of all structures of a construction project Impressed organisational capacity, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured working method Communication strength and safe occurrence in dealing with internal and external project participants Class B driving licence
