Оccupation: Engineer - Construction

On these tasks you will grow:

• Construction, maintenance and further development of customer relationships and external service providers (e.g. planners or authorities)
• Technical support including development of alternative solutions for our customers before and during the project execution
• Introduction of new products in the market
• Study of technical documents, cost calculation and offer processing
• Care and management of sales leads and offers in our CRM system
• Practical understanding of the DYWIDAG target market and the competition landscape (identification of risks/ opportunities and forecasts)
• Cooperation with the Marketing Department to develop and deploy marketing materials and campaigns
• Implementation of new processes to increase the effectiveness of order intake (customer focus, competitive landscape)

With these knowledge and skills you convince us:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on construction, technicians or comparable qualifications
• Professional experience as a sales engineer, preferably in construction. We are also happy to give a chance to dedicated professional beginners
• Embossed customer and service orientation as well as a technical understanding of the sale, supply creation and costing of products and system solutions
• Ideally knowledge in the field of sales techniques (Value Selling / consulting sales)
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation
• MS Office and knowledge in ERP, ideally NAVISION, experience in handling CRM tools desirable
• Very good German and English language skills
• Communication skills, safe occurrence and willingness to negotiate
• Team skills
