• placement of practical and theoretical training contents in electrotechnical and mechanical training occupations and study courses according to the respective training and study regulations

• Preparation of trainees for interim and final examinations

• Creation and implementation of performance control

• Assessment and promotion of trainees and students

• Planning, coordination and organisation of the internal operations and shifts of junior staff

• Cooperation in the design and implementation of the strategic orientation of the area

• Participation in examination (IHK)

• Support for training and qualification measures, projects and recruiting and training marketing

• Cooperation with vocational schools, chambers and internal interfaces

• Complete technical training with further training to the technician or comparable

• Experience in measurement, control and control technology with regard to automation

• Professional practice in training, knowledge transfer and cooperation with young people

• Completed training (AEVO) or Willingness to continue

• Qualification in the field of occupational safety/safety

• Good English and MS Office skills

• Outstanding social competence, empathy and communication skills

• Pedagogical skill and joy in teaching knowledge

• Openness, high commitment and creativity in the design of new processes and cooperation in projects, e.g. in the planning and implementation of events, project days, workshops or training activities
