We are looking for an Application Engineer - Hygienic Process(f/m/d) to join us at the immediately possible date. In this position, you will leverage and enhance the newest technologies in hygienic Valve technology based on water hydraulic and drive the link between component technology and solutions for hygienic process systems, enabling- cuttingedge solutions for dairy, food, beverage, and pharmaceutical production. Your responsibilities: Design and engineering of valve solutions based on water hydraulic support systems, for hygienic liquid processing plants (food, dairy, beverage, brewery and pharmaceutical industries)

Technical and development concept for the integration of valve technology and hydraulic systems into liquid handling and process plants

Development of application concepts for hygienic solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g. EHEDG, 3-A)

Supervision and execution of installation and commissioning of process equipment, including valves, piping systems and process skids, at customer sites

Advising engineering companies and customers on hygienic system design, enabled by the technology provided by hydraulic valves within production environments

Coordination of projects related to process planning integration, working close with internal teams, system integrators, and external partners

Your profile: Degree in Process or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), with solid knowledge of hydraulics, valve technology, and piping design

Ideally, you have experience in process engineering within a highly regulated environment, with a proven track record of planning and implementing plant systems and components in the food, beverage, dairy, brewing, or pharmaceutical industries

Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical topics

Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus

Structured, analytical mindset, combined with high initiative, sense of responsibility, and a hands-on approach

Team-oriented, flexible, and solution-driven, with willingness to travel for on-site support
