Administrator Planning Conveyor Technology (Shaft) (m/f/d)

You coordinate, control and control the planning services of the contractors and ensure their professional and appropriate execution. You check and release complex planning documents, statics and construction documents, taking into account special machine technology knowledge in shaft conveyor technology. You shall monitor compliance with the plan determination decision and all relevant regulations and shall cooperate in identifying, documenting and correcting planning or execution deficiencies. You work out schedules for planning services, monitor them and cooperate in the installation and testing of the construction sequences and processes. You accompany expert services to obtain authorisations and participate in the formal acceptance of services and supplies, including logging.

You have completed training at a state-recognized or state-recognized university, college or engineering school in the field of mining, mechanical engineering or comparable. You bring experience in the planning, processing and technical engineering monitoring of shaft conveyor systems as well as over and under-day conveyor systems. You have experience in the handling of public contracts (VOB, VOL, VOF). You have knowledge of quality management systems. You have secure knowledge of MS standard programs. You are convinced with an independent, targeted and conscientious procedure
