Your tasks

• Strategic advice: Advising the top management and the departments of all companies in the Schwarz Group on antitrust and fusion control issues in numerous countries
• Risk Analysis & Prevention: Early Identification of Cartel Case Knitting in Business Processes and Development of Solution Approaches
• Compliance control and further development: further development of the compliance management system for antitrust law in the various divisions of the Schwarz Group including the design and implementation of training on antitrust issues

Your profile

• Qualification: Successful degree in law
• Experience: professional experience in antitrust law, ideally in a legal department or in a law firm
• Working method: independent, structured and solution-oriented work
• Personality: Fast conception, communication strength and sovereign appearance
• Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
