Consultant for SAP Strategy & Administrative Digitization (m/f/d)

Participation in the strategic development of the SAP landscape of the Hessian state administration, including the definition of standards and guidelines of administrative digitalization. Development and updating of the SAP and cloud strategy as well as technical support for central transformation and migration projects (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Cloud solutions). Accompanying process harmonizations in central areas of the state administration based on SAP-Best‐Practices and reference models. Monitoring compliance with key architecture and implementation principles (including Clean‐Core approach). Technical support for the further development and migration of central digital service platforms (e.g. service portal) as part of the SAP strategy. Ensure the consideration of IT security, data protection and compliance requirements (“Security by Design”). Active coordination and cooperation with departments, experts and IT stakeholders, as well as participation in decision-making and body processes.

A successfully completed academic degree (Diplom (University) or Master), e.g. economic, computer science or engineering, or a comparable discipline At least two years of relevant professional practice in the operational implementation of SAP projects. Knowledge of SAP based applications and architectures, ideally related to SAP S/4HANA, SAP cloud readings, SAP governance and architecture principles Strategic thinking, structured and analytical methods and pronounced communication and moderation capabilities Diversity Competence — Valuable handling of diversity and promotion of an inclusive working environment Very good German knowledge (orally & in writing). Further desirable are: Experience in the support of change processes in the context of digitalization projects Safe occurrence in dealing with different stakeholders at specialist and management level
