Operation and development of modern IT services as well as workplace/cloud solutions in the global IT-&ERP team. Implementation, operation and continuous optimization of new systems, tools and technologies. Structured analysis and independent elimination of disturbances in the ticket-based daily business – including clean documentation and sustainable solution finding. Working in (international) IT projects as well as taking over clearly defined subtasks or smaller subprojects (planning and implementation). Coordination and coordination with internal contact persons as well as – as required – with external service providers. International onsite operations (1–2×/year) are planned and are coordinated early.

Completed IT training (e.g. technical informatics) or a comparable qualification (training/further education). About 3–5 years of experience in the IT environment (e.g. system/workplace/client administration) and interest in new technologies. Basic knowledge of local on-premises environments: user and group management, local GPOs, permission concepts on local file servers, printer management on local print servers, and IP management/DHCP. Practice in modern hybrid/cloud environments, ideally with Microsoft 365 as well as Entra ID/Intune (user/group management, client/endpoint management). Understanding common client and security topics (e.g. MFA/Windows Hello for Business, Client Security) as well as safe working with common M365 applications.
