ASSESSMENT

• Support and customer advice on technical problems of our machinery in the field of harvesting technology
• Support for external services in structured troubleshooting and remediation, including administrative reprocessing
• Development of concepts for technical training and implementation for customers, service technicians and sales partners
• Supporting accompaniment of pre-series machines to standard maturity and establishment in the markets
• Occasional outdoor inserts directly at the customer on site

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master, technician or study in the field of agricultural or construction engineering, ideally with professional experience
• Good knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, basic knowledge of hydraulics and experiences with computer-assisted diagnostic systems
• Knowledge of more structured troubleshooting based on documents and models with electronic components
• High customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in telephone or virtual consultation
• Good English skills
