HR response partners for employees and managers in terms of time management independent processing of all absences such as e.g. illness, work reliefs etc. as well as ensuring complete holiday management Define non-compliance components (e.g. readiness to call) as well as preparatory activities for personnel billing in relation to time economy Supporting the systems used in the field of personnel (e.g. time management, SAP ESS/MSS, various personal programs e.g. SAP HCM) Further development of the systems used in concretely upcoming digitalization projects

Bachelor's degree or completed training in administrative or commercial fields or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Knowledge of the application of SAP components, in particular the positive-time economy or another time economy system Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g. TVöD, Civil Law, ArbZG, LRKG) Very good IT user knowledge and a pronounced IT affinity Knowledge of wage billing in particular in the field of tax law is desirable Service and solution orientation Teamability and communication strength as well as a structured and conscientious way of working complete your profile
