In your working day: Voluntary services: Central responsibility in the volunteer service: As a pedagogical director of volunteer services in our National Association, you are responsible for the quality and further development of the programme. You are central to our educational representatives and create framework conditions in which young people can grow.

Quality and concept work: Thinking on concepts, resetting priorities, securing quality – so you actively shape the educational work in the volunteer service.

Active seminars: regularly take part in seminar weeks and educational days. There you promote exchange with the volunteers, stimulate reflection and create learning processes that make personal development felt.

Network care and external representation: You establish and maintain contacts with our partners in politics, society and associations and represent the national association in relevant bodies and networks at regional and federal level.

Property Johanniter-Jugend: Accompanying the Johanniter-Jugend: As a reliable spokesperson, you support the Landesjugendleitung and assist the volunteer youth structures.

Planning and organisation of educational opportunities: training and training for function providers are designed independently and coordinate them. You can also organize central events such as the National Youth Assembly and actively accompany actions of the Johanniter Youth.

Management and billing: The organization, administration and billing of youth-relevant topics – from contracts to invoices to proof of use – take over in close coordination with the national youth administration.

With design and development: You actively help young people discover their potential and experience their time in the volunteer service or in the Johanniter Youth as a valuable experience.

Education: With the design of the Campus Nieder-Weisel: You actively support the further development of our “Campus Nieder-Weisel” as a central educational and meeting place. In doing so, you contribute to the design and implementation of training and training opportunities for our executives and create learning spaces that strengthen professional competence and enable personal growth.
