To strengthen our team at the Bremerhaven site, we are looking for a commercial specialist (m/w/d) for order processing of our industrial customers in full time.

Direct contact person of our customers from industrial and plant engineering Organisation of the timely and prompt implementation of their orders Responsibility for all related activities, from order acceptance to the creation of transport documents and loading lists to the calculation of optimal container utilization Support in performance creation, through targeted communication and customer orders Examination of input invoices and preparation of output invoices Data management of internal and external systems Disposition of containers and conventional cargo in road traffic Booking of internal and external documents (e.g. shipping documents, receipts) as well as loading and lots lists

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Service-oriented handling of industrial customers First professional experiences and successes in order processing Finded knowledge in MS-Office, especially Excel and, if possible, first experiences with Navision and SAP First experience in the environment of packaging, logistics or mechanical engineering would be desirable Very good knowledge of German in word and writing IT affinity would also be desirable to have first experiences with Navision/SAP You bring strong communication skills and your own initiative, with which you can enrich your team work and drive projects forward
