Our client is a leading company in the field of customized solutions for intralogistics. With around 100 employees, the traditional medium-sized company develops state-of-the-art and automated systems for industry, trade and logistics. The focus is on quality, technological progress and excellent customer service – from installation to maintenance. For this client, we are looking for a managing director with strategy skills and willingness to design, which, in addition to operating management, ensures further global expansion and profit-oriented growth.

Building and expanding a global distribution network and cooperation in target countries together with the Sales Head Development of an independent service business with the Life Cycle Service division manager Direct contact to Key Account Customers Introduction of a powerful project management with the project management department manager Optimization of contractual agreements with main and business partners Analysis and improvement of processes in sales, production and project processing Examination and implementation of outsourcing potentials Coordination with the holding management on strategy and optimization Implementation of investments in coordination with the holding company Use of synergies within the group, including sales, purchasing and IT/ERP

Embossed, sovereign customer orientation, authentic leadership with analytical strength, willingness to design, social competence, solution orientation and high self-responsibility Successfully completed studies, ideally as an economic engineer or comparable training At least five years of experience in the management and control of a company with comparable company size, ideally in (special) machine construction or intralogistics Cross-sector Management Experience in Sales, Project Management, Production, Construction, After Sales Knowledge in business income calculations / planning based on key figures Very good technical and commercial understanding Safe handling of ERP systems German and English skills Ready for regular (international) missions
