Description

• As a process expert in Customs Governance, you are responsible for the further development of the integration of governance requirements into the end-to-end (E2E) processes and the advancement of related topics.
• They arrange targeted adaptations of the governance management systems and associated processes for implementing legal changes in customs law within the Bosch Group.
• In addition, you initiate process improvements, standardization and optimization of your own processes such as tariff processes in coordination with the governance requirements. A special focus is on the consideration of E2E processes along all associated process chains.
• In addition, coordinate the interface between governance departments, process managers, Process development teams as well as shared service centres.
• Last but not least, run projects and subprojects (for example S/4 Roll-out).

Qualifications

• Training: successfully completed university studies in business administration, economic engineering or a comparable degree course
• experience and know-how: first professional experience in customs consulting, SAP consulting in the field of GTS or in the customs department of an international company; experience in designing and implementing customs processes within a matrix structure; pronounced process understanding (end-to-end process thinking); very good expertise in SAP GTS and its integration into other SAP modules (SD/MM/FI)
• Personality and the way of working: an entrepreneurial way of thinking and action distinguishes you; You are a:e team player:in with excellent communication skills; Your approach is always analytical and thoughtful
• Working day: we work in a flexible and mobile way, 2-3 days a week we work together on site
• Languages: very good German and English in word and writing *The gross annual salary for this body is, according to our regulations, at least EUR 86,000 for a 35h week (for a full year of employment and fulfilment of the tariff requirements).
