Operations Manager / Team Leader (m/w/d) for Industrial Services

In addition to continuous consulting from the first potential analysis to the fine conception of complex processes, the permanent acquisition of outsourced business areas is our core business. Our customers include medium-sized companies, corporations and contracting entities. In order to strengthen our successful team in Frankfurt am Main (Höchst), we are looking for one or more dynamic operating managers. Team leader who performs his or her tasks reliably, independently, and structuredly.

You monitor, coordinate and optimise the operating processes and the use of resources You are a contact person in all business customer and employee matters and are communication interface between departments You prepare the (monthly) bills of our industrial services You work with personnel systems and support shift planning and personnel disposition You support production planning and feedback, as well as material requirements (SAP and PLS/MES) You take care of our infrastructure processes, such as the organisation of factory IDs, ordering and management of personal protective equipment (PSA), etc.

You have a completed commercial or logistical training or technical training with additional commercial qualification You have already gained experience in dealing with employees You own enforcement and think solution- and customer-oriented We can rely on you and you have an independent and structured way of working and enjoying teamwork You can work into various computer systems and Office applications (Word, Excel) are self-evident You have ideally gained professional experience in industrial services, in manufacturing companies or in a logistics company Loadability, flexibility and reliability complete your profile
