In the AWG Roßdorf, we support and support up to seven children and young people in their daily lives in a flexible family-analogous group oriented to the needs and needs of young people. Emotional security, intensive promotion and a stable range of relationships are the core elements of our pedagogical work, which is flanked by an appreciative, constructive cooperation with the families of origin, taking into account the respective objectives of individual assistance planning. Care is carried out in a fully-stationary manner over day and night.

♪ These are your tasks as a social education specialist (d/m/w) AWG Roßdorf:

• In the family-analogous housing group we accompany young people on the basis of § 34 SGB VIII, possibly i.V.m. §§ 41, 35a SGB VIII in their everyday life
• support and support young people in their everyday lives and in their confrontation with their very personal themes
• Accompanying and structuring the pedagogical everyday life
• active leisure design
• accompanying parent work
• social-spatial connection and network care

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
