Participation in the implementation and control of the EU project DECIDE, in particular by coordinating the use cases, test phases and user participation, as well as technical coordination with European project partners. Responsible for the implementation of the project, including data modelling, metadata enrichment and development of legal access models. In addition, responsible for controlling with focus on funding, documentation, procurement processes according to current guidelines and project management (budget management, reporting, communication with funding providers and internal agencies). Support in the further development of data excellence (DX strategy) by defining and implementing central data processes, standards and data requirements.

You have one of the following qualifications: A completed scientific study of MINT courses or A completed scientific university degree with multiannual professional experience, ideally from the fields of municipal innovation, strategic management development / transformation or a related field of action

At best, you have trainings or certifications in the context of data management, data governance and data services. You bring knowledge of public service and budgetary law, have already gained experience in political decision-making and committee work.
