Your task as an educator:

• Design and organization of group daily
• Individual support and educational support of children
• Organisation of leisure activities and joint excursions
• Active participation in reflection talks with colleagues
• Trustful cooperation with parents

Your profile as an educator:

• Successful completion as a state-recognized educator, social pedagogue or healing nurse
• Ideas rich and creativity in the face of the design of the group everyday
• Representative communicative competence towards children, parents and colleagues
• High reflectivity in terms of own work and attitude
• A high level of initiative and empathy for different interests and needs of children
