Projects can be safely targeted: You conduct complex calls for construction and planning services (VOB/VgV) from the first draft to the contract – sovereign, timely and legally secure. Advice at eye level: You are the Sparring partner for our internal contractors and external planning offices. In general, you will find ways to efficiently and legally secure projects. Structure with cups: You work with established patterns and standards, but their expertise ensures that You always remain at the heart of current jurisdiction. Solutions instead of problems: In the case of tricky basic questions, you are our first contact point and find solutions where others only see problems. We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace, there are occasional service trips, including throughout the federal territory. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

Qualification: A completed study (FH/Bachelor) in the fields of law, administration, civil engineering, business, economic law, architecture or a comparable qualification. Knowledge and practical experience in procurement law (national/ EU-wide) – ideally in the field of procurement of construction services. Office professional: Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) use you for a structured and professional project documentation. Personality: The ability to keep a cool head even in hot phases.
