Team Leader Transmission Networks (m/f/d)

Leadership and further development of a presales team for transport network solutions (technical and disciplinary) Control and quality assurance of Presales activities in tenders, customer projects and PoCs Technical and economic conception of transport network architectures with WDM, directional radio, SDH and MPLS TP Analysis of customer requirements, creation of solution concepts, designs and coarse/fine specification Close cooperation with sales, bid management and after sales in the preparation of offers Presentation of solutions at the customer, including workshops, technical demos and decision templates Observation of market, technology and competition developments in transport networks and deriving recommendations for action

Complete study of computer science, communications technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in presales or solution design for operating transport networks Deep understanding of transport technologies: WDM/Optical Transport Direct radio systems Classic PDH/SDH infrastructures as well as migration to package-based networks, MPLS TP and ideally further MPLS-based technologies

Management experience (e.g. team management, project management or professional management of expert teams) Embossed customer orientation, safe occurrence at technical and commercial level Very good presentation and communication skills in German and English driving licence class B
