Business Partner Finance / Financial Performance (m/f/d)

In this role you contribute significantly to optimizing the profitability of a PE portfolio company. You are the link of the financial sector to the operational location/project managers and support our excellent work performance in profitable growth. Based on our established dashboard landscape, you create transparency in our current performance. In cooperation with the management, the operational controller, you continuously develop the operating key KPIs and conduct data-based concepts and action to achieve targets. You support the strategic orientation by sharing your project and location profitability closely with the operational managers, including regular user training. Together with the Finance Director and the Head of Controlling, you act as a primary commercial contact for the operating business units and as a cross-sectional function to promote cross-departmental cooperation and information exchange. You take responsibility for the analysis of market developments and price formation, tune action for our business units with the management and support the operationally responsible colleagues in their implementation. You participate in projects and special tasks and demonstrate your adaptability and problem-solving competence in different contexts. Future-oriented development: You are driving the digitalization and automation of the KPI data base. In this case, you are motivating the use of modern technologies (e.g. AI-based analyses, predictive forecasting) to identify commercial trends even more early.

A completed study of the business administration, gladly associated with technical study focus. Or a technical study with a strong business relationship or later professional course proved appropriate business knowledge Experience in management consulting or a comparable function as a business partner, ideally in a decentralised business model or in project-oriented corporate structures Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities with proven intellectual and analytical rigour and the ability to identify optimization potentials and develop, recommend and implement measures Team skills, complemented by an analytical and solution-oriented working style that contributes to our collaborative culture in a living stand environment Embossed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills to influence and build credibility at eye level with the various contacts The ability and willingness to see both the great Gante and to deepen in detail Self-employment, willingness to use and resilience as well as the interest to develop personally and professionally on the basis of the role and new technological possibilities (such as AI in finance) Safe handling of modern MS-365 applications Experience and interest in working with an ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics Navision knowledge) as well as the data analysis and application of data tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI) in relation to large data sets desirable Travel readiness available (20%) Very good knowledge of German and English
