As a working student (m/w) in the field of personnel development, you support the smooth running of our personnel development processes. These are your further tasks: Close cooperation and support in the handling of all processes for continuing training Answering requests for personnel development issues Management of training offers in the learning management system Support in the coordination of group and individual training courses Support in the processing of training controlling Cooperation in various local or higher-level projects in the field of Personnel development

Current studies in the field of human resources, economics, economic psychology or comparable High tool affinity and willingness to learn the functions of learning management systems (e.g. SAP) Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) Good English knowledge of word and writing Careful and reliable operation
