Senior Business Controller (m/f/d)

Responsibility for operational and strategic controlling within the organisation Creation, analysis and development of budgets, forecasts and economic plans Regular implementation of nominal actual comparisons, deviation analyses and ad hoc evaluations Development of meaningful reports, dashboards and key payment systems for management and departments Support of management in strategic and operational decision-making processes Economic evaluation of projects, investments and new business areas (business cases, scenario analyses) Identification of optimization and saving potentials as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action Active development of controlling processes, tools and structures to increase efficiency and transparency Close cross-departmental cooperation with departments and COO’s Ensuring transparency, data quality and reliable basis of decision Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and cooperation with external partners (e.g. tax consultants, auditors)

Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Controlling or comparable Multiannual professional experience in business controlling or in a comparable function Very well-founded knowledge in cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; Experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g. Datev, Power BI) Analytical thinking, structured working and high numerical affinity Impressed communication strength and the ability to portray complex facts in a comprehensible manner German knowledge at least in C1 level, very good English knowledge Self-responsible working, proactive working, high sense of responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking Team skills, entrepreneurial thinking and joy in cross-departmental cooperation
