Purchasing/disposition of raw, auxiliary and operating materials, semi-finished and finished products, capital goods and services taking into account the needs, development on the procurement market and the costs/quality requirements Creation and further development of article structures with possibly Settlement and their timely tender and expert evaluation with price and contract negotiation Monitoring the order processing with delivery date tracking, complaint processing and verification of the functional performance of goods and services systematic selection of suppliers, continuous market monitoring and the permanent submission of supplier proposals to reduce costs and improve quality taking into account the complete supply chain Participation in the purchasing budget and responsibility for monitoring/maintaining the budget as well as time coordination with Purchasing & Controlling close cooperation with Purchasing and its representation in absence Ensure the general office organization with purchasing documentation, invoice control and information/communication relating to the internal functional area

a successfully completed business studies in the hotel industry and/or adequate training in the area of purchasing is desirable multiannual professional experience in international, operative shopping in the hotel industry is a prerequisite Personally, you are characterized by your independent, structured and result-oriented way of working, combined with the ability to combine operational requirements and economic objectives, Teamability and excellent competence as a communicator as well as a safe, sovereign and professional appearance besides your knowledge of German, you can safely master the English language in word and writing familiar and safe working with MS Office programs as well as good knowledge of goods management programs
