On behalf of a renowned company from communication technology, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer C++ (m/w/d) at the Kiel site.

The position is to be filled in full-time from now on and is initially designed for two years as part of the transfer of workers. In the innovative business environment there are very good prospects for a long-term takeover.

Your job as Senior Software Developer C++ (m/w/d) • Development and development of powerful, scalable software solutions with modern C++ and Qt • Conception and implementation of sustainable software architectures for complex and distributed systems • Ensuring high software quality through test automation, unit and integration tests as well as continuous optimization of CI/CD processes • Technical support and further development of junior developers: both through coaching, mentoring and pair programming • Technical contact for demanding questions and active participation of development standards and best practices

That's what you bring • Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, software engineering, system engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable subject • Multiannual experience in professional software development with modern C++ (ideally C++23) and Qt • Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns and the development of complex distributed systems • Experience in the professional guidance or mentoring of developer teams • Very good knowledge of German and English and passion for clean codes, automated tests and modern development processes
