Number: MER0003JQQ We are the experts for Leadership Development at Mercedes-Benz AG in the personnel sector. The further development of leadership and cooperation culture is the focus of our work. We are the driving force behind Leadership Development, with a focus on talent realization for the first and next senior management levels. Important for us is an honest and harmonious coexistence at eye level. We work on site at the locations in the Stuttgart/ Sindelfingen area, but also on the move. Regular exchange dates are important to us. These challenges come to you: Conception, planning and implementation of development programmes for managers Participation in the operational implementation of different personnel development topics and programmes Preparation of evaluations and presentations for evaluation purposes Pre- and post-processing of workshops and trainings incl. Participant management Research on current scientific findings Preparation of presentations in cooperation with the relevant HR colleagues Creating attractive content for communication measures via different channels Monitoring and evaluation of communication activities

Course in Psychology, Business Administration, Economic Education/psychology or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of MS Office especially PowerPoint and MS-Excel Communication competence Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking Strategic and pragmatic mode of operation Additional information: The internship period is 5 to 6 months.
