Project Developer - Solar / Storage / EPC (m/w/d)

You conduct the development and implementation of feasibility studies for solar and storage projects, evaluate locations, conduct environmental impact analyses and identify and secure suitable project locations. In addition, you take care of obtaining the necessary permits and work closely with engineering teams to develop project volumes and technical specifications. You coordinate cooperation with various stakeholders, such as landowners, supervisory authorities and lenders, to ensure project permissions and to comply with budget requirements. You also negotiate contracts, including PPAs (electricity collection agreements), EPC contracts and network connection agreements You first and evaluate financial models for storage and PV projects, analyze CAPEX/OPEX and forecast the ROI (Return on Investment). In addition, you carry out risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address challenges such as project delays, technical risks and market fluctuations proactively You take responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the entire EPC process, including ensuring timely procurement of equipment, managing construction schedules and compliance with budget and quality standards You shall ensure that all projects comply with the applicable environmental, technical and network regulations at local and national level, including the preparation and submission of the necessary documentation for approval procedures

You have a degree in engineering, renewable energies, project management or a comparable discipline You bring professional experience in project development and EPC project management, ideally in the solar or energy storage industry You have knowledge of financial modeling and risk analysis You have excellent communication and negotiation skills You show commitment to the energy transition and interest in sustainable energy solutions
