Support in setting up and configuring the local IT environment according to the enterprise standard With the help of the provision, exchange and renewal of terminals and working environments Support in managing and implementing local infrastructure (LAN, server & storage, audiovisual media) in accordance with corporate policies Local user support and management of conference rooms Troubleshooting (Troubleshooting) in local systems Learn about local and company-wide support processes

You are in education as a specialist system integration (IHK) (m/w/d) or a comparable study You are curious and have great desire to learn new things Special previous experiences are not necessary, but you bring basic knowledge of common operating systems with Understanding IT processes, network infrastructure and server systems You speak fluent German and English You have good organizational skills You have nothing to do with it and has a proactive hands-on mentality
