Sales Manager (m/w/d)

As Sales Manager (m/w/d) Baubau, you will represent our company with public and private builders – with a clear focus on educational structures and the revitalization of existing buildings. They identify potentials, develop individual solutions and lead our projects from first contact to conclusion of the contract. Building the market, strengthening networks: you are developing our presence in the Berlin region strategically and positioning GOLDBECK as a reliable partner for demanding construction projects Customers inspire: They acquire regional builders and investors, identify needs and develop tailor-made solutions Solutions with substance: Together with architects and specialist engineers, they develop technical concepts and sound offers Teamwork at eye level: They conduct interdisciplinary offer project teams – both internally and externally – with a secure sense of quality, communication and timing Clearly reckon, convincingly negotiate: you calculate, negotiate and conclude contracts with a view to cost-effectiveness and long term Reliability beyond completion: You will remain competent contact person (m/w/d) even after conclusion of the contract and create confidence through excellent aftersales service

Successfully completed studies of architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with construction reference Deep understanding of construction processes and economic relationships – from idea to implementation Experience in the planning, calculation or control of complex construction projects Communication strength, consulting competency and safe customer appearance Entrepreneurial thinking, self-initiative and high quality standards for themselves
