TEAM LEADER MEDIA DESIGN / GRAPHIC DESIGN (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and disciplined leadership of our design team and promote the individual development of the team members. You develop and control creative design strategies that strengthen the TA Education Center brand across all channels. You plan, coordinate and secure the quality of design projects – from the briefing phase to the acceptance of timetables, resources and budgets. You ensure a consistent, high-quality appearance in all design deliveries, especially in print, digital and campaigns. You are responsible for the application, care and development of CI/CD guidelines, design standards, templates and workflows. You work closely with marketing, sales, other departments, deputy team management and department management. You observe current design, technology and AI trends and examine their useful use for optimizing design processes.

You have a degree in communication design, media design, graphic design, or a comparable qualification with a multi-year professional experience in the design environment. You bring experience in media or graphic design, ideally with team leadership, coordination or project responsibility. You work safely with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as with common project management systems. You have a strong sense of typography, layout, brand management, visual quality and cross-channel design. You can clearly justify design decisions, convince stakeholders and also lead them in dynamic phases calmly and structured. You keep track of parallel projects, set priorities and ensure a timely implementation. You motivate your team, promote individual strengths and combine creative quality with pragmatic implementation. You bring interest in AI-based tools, design trends and the further development of workflows. Knowledge of marketing and branding is beneficial.
