As IT Manager Infrastructure / Applications (m/w/d), you support the design of IT solutions and their implementation, taking into account customer-project-specific needs. You are responsible for the development of system adaptations in the MM/PP module in cooperation with the SAP Key users of various departments. Your further tasks: Ensuring the functionality of all tools and systems in the area of responsibility Demand determination as well as advice of the specialist areas and projects incl. demand-oriented design of individual solutions if necessary Creation of specifications and guidelines (e.g. for service providers, users or administrators) (m/w/d) Creation of process descriptions and their implementation in compliance with the framework conditions specified by IT Manger Expert (m/w/d) Market analysis, monitoring with regard to innovative topics and pioneering trends in responsibility Creation and further development of process documentation and implementation of user training Control of service providers and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs Consultancy and support in the logistics process hall WE to WA specialist departments such as order planning, order control, work planning, production and purchasing in process questions focusing on SAP-MM, PP, WM / EWM Control and coordination of changes in SAP PP and MM, WM in cooperation with the central IT department Representation of the department in the transition of the company to SAP4/HANA for the responsible modules
