In this global role, you develop long-term strategies for talent acquisitions in accordance with TÜV Rheinland's corporate goals, thereby designing and controlling strategic employer branding campaigns including the management of the agencies and ensuring a targeted positioning of our brand. Graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or strategic HR management Knowledge of the development and implementation of global recruiting strategies Very good analytical skills and experience in dealing with KPIs and data-based decision-making processes Communication strength in German (C2) and English (C1) as well as safe occurrence in international stakeholder environments Experience in project management as well as a sovereign handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint
