Control and Ensure all Service Information Content-Deliverables to Customers in the sense of a Strong Customer Centricity Forward-looking optimization of service information and further development of editorial processes taking into account global customer needs Participation in global governance and monitoring of standards for technical documentation (e.g. towards Business Excellence Center) Professional cooperation with global interfaces within the scope of responsibility Selection and control of service providers in the editorial environment Ensuring compliance with technical documentation standards and guidelines

Studies in the field of technical editors, skilled mechanical engineering technicians or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience among others in the technical editorial board and in the handling of editorial systems Embossed technical understanding with the ability to grasp and structure complex relationships Communication-strong personality with strong team capability and ability to work together effectively across departments Flowing German and English skills Secure handling of XML-based editorial systems (in particular Schema ST4, TIM InfoManager, Adobe FrameMaker) Experience in handling CAD tools and SQL skills of advantage Self-employed, careful and structured work
