Coordination, implementation and accompaniment of various development activities and individual development plans for potential providers: Individual support and development of marine personnel along required skills and competencies through targeted personnel development initiatives Cooperation with potential providers and specialist departments to define talent pools and derive development recommendations Preparation, implementation and organisation of HR-Roundtable, assessment procedures, semi-annual interviews, 360-degree feedbacks, trainings, coachings etc. Implementation and implementation of Carnival Corporation HR initiatives, taking into account our values and cultural guidelines (implementation of DEI initiatives)

Studies in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology or a comparable qualification Comprehensive knowledge of maritime industry and maritime personnel management Multiannual professional experience in the field of development – and personnel development activities as well as first leadership experience desirable Trainer, moderator or business coach training Experience in the implementation of feedback procedures, their evaluation and the creation and accompanying of individual development plans Excellent communication skills and excellent knowledge of German and English High system affinity and safe handling of MS Office 365, especially Excel and Power -BI Organisational skills and a predictive and structured way of working Empathy and team spirit
