Project Manager Railway Planning and Transport Infrastructure for the Stuttgart location (m/f/d)

Your responsibility with us: You run planning teams for demanding projects in the field of railway and road planning and control them over all planning phases (focused phases 3 to 5).

You coordinate your planning team in an interdisciplinary manner with the contributions of other planners and operational concerns

You ensure integrated overall planning – from trasssing to road / rail, earth and cable deep construction to drainage planning and contributions from other participating specialist planners – by controlling the relevant specialist planners and consolidating their work results

You represent the field of expertise in the project to the outside with respect to builders, operating and external planners, adopt an advisory, coordinating role in the projects and ensure clear, transparent and predictive project communication

You take responsibility for costs, dates and quality, control project-relevant decisions and ensure efficient and regulatory project implementation

You actively contribute your expertise to the team and, if necessary, also support yourself in planning to ensure smooth project execution and to develop optimal solutions together

You support the development, establishment and continuous improvement of innovative, model-based process and work processes (BIM) and ensure their uniform implementation in the project team

Complete study in civil engineering, ideally with focus on traffic planning train/road Founded professional experience in planning and at least first experience in the project management of traffic planning projects (min. in the performance phases 3 to 5) Safe handling of iTWo and relevant rules Enthusiasm for innovative working methods and BIM in road construction Ready for occasional project-related missions Impressed communication strength, ownership, organisational capacity and joy in managing projects holistic Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English is also advantageous
