As a specialist (m/w/d) in accounting, you play a central role in our area of debt and credit management. They are responsible for the financial stability of our customer relationships and actively contribute to the liquidity assurance of our company with their structured working methods. These are your tasks: monitoring and maintenance of open positions: You keep an overview of our debitor accounts at any time and perform regular OP evaluations. Independent processing of the dungeon: From the first payment reminder to the handover to debt collection - you act legally secure and solution-oriented. Credit ratings and credit limit monitoring: They check new customers, analyze payment history and control credit releases in coordination with sales and management. Payment arrangements and clarification of open facts: You agree with internal departments as well as external contacts to solve differences quickly and customer-oriented. Close cooperation with sales: In case of critical cases or closures, you will exchange closely with colleagues in sales - always with a view to risk and customer retention. Optimization of internal processes: They actively contribute to the further development of our accounting processes and help to further professionalise standards.
