You perform all the tasks of the operational billing. You process complex customer requests for our billings (measurement operations and network usage accounting as well as multi- and low-volume accounting). You enter the entire process from invoice creation to clarifications with your customers. You calculate new bills for your customers and start an annual bill. You will get into our exciting projects and actively shape new processes.

You have a completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in accounting or energy management. You have good knowledge of the MS Office products, especially in Excel, and use them in a targeted manner. You are characterized by a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working and bringing a high degree of self-initiative. You like to work across areas and as an interface between the departments for smooth communication and cooperation. You have high IT affinity, have experience with billing systems and ideally bring expertise in the optimization of digital processes. You are strong in communication, team-ready and ready to face new challenges in a dynamically changing market.
