Your tasks • Full transfer of functional buildings to our customers, as well as continuous consultation beyond the time of use • Preparation of ongoing optimization proposals to ensure successful commissioning • Planning and coordination of the commissioning processes of buildings taking into account the AHO guidelines and commissioning management according to VDI 6039 or similar performance pictures • Ensuring the quality and functionality of the building facilities and meeting the dates • Accompanying and coordinating all professional participants during the commissioning process, as well as overarching acceptance processes • Supporting the transfer of documentation to the technical installations and training/instructions for operators • Support for the acquisition of new projects

Your profile • Completed studies or completed training (master/technician) in the field of energy and building technology, building automation, electrical or communication technology or a comparable qualification • Multiannual professional experience in a similar task • Interest in cooperation in a new strategic group • Basic knowledge of building regulations and technical building equipment • High social competence and respectful handling of all project participants • Experience in the timely evaluation of functional processes • High team capacity and express ability to prioritize as well as independent and structured work • Extraordinary motivation, hand-on mentality and a high level of learning • Self-conscious and binding, sovereign appearance • Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily • High readiness for professional and personal development
