Total responsibility for network and plant operations (heat, gas, electricity incl. control technology, measuring station operation and technical operations/services) as well as ensuring reliable, efficient and environmentally sound energy supply Strategic development of basic technical planning in close cooperation with the management and active management of transformation, investment and infrastructure projects Leadership, development and strategic orientation of interdisciplinary teams in network operation including promotion of cross-departmental cooperation, skills development and cultural work Continuous optimization of technical structures, processes and standards in network operation including Ensuring certifications and compliance with all requirements in technical safety management (TSM) and occupational and health protection Responsibility for regulatory and market compliance in network operation in close coordination with regulatory management and management as well as ensuring economic and organisational control

You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master/ Diploma degree) with the focus on electrical engineering, supply or energy technology and bring leadership experience in the technical environment within the energy industry or a comparable environment with Ideally, you can present the 30kV switching authorization or are ready to complete it Knowledge of current legal and regulatory frameworks (in particular contract and energy law) as well as safe handling of technical regulations and a strong understanding of the cross-species network operation High affinity for digital solutions and innovative energy topics as well as routined handling of popular ERP systems Structured, systematic and process-oriented working with a strong sense of quality and responsibility Commitment, liability and strong ability to constructive, cross-departmental cooperation at different levels
