PROFIL**

• a qualified personality with the specialist competence of internal medicine and cardiology and multi-year professional experience, ideally in a leading position
• a high degree of empathy in dealing with patients and employees
• strong performance, communication strength and team capacity, combined with social and organizational competence and economic vision

• expert management of the department as well as the qualified and motivated medical team as well as ensuring the serviceability of trusted cooperation with your colleagues as well as with the management at professional and business level
• active and committed participation in reorganisation projects and the implementation of legal requirements
• responsible cooperation in the Department of Internal Medicine 2 as part of patient care
• Participation in the education and training of students
• Training of training assistants within the framework of the Common Trunk in conjunction with the Department of Internal Medicine 1 (Gastroenterology)
• Organisational responsibility of the Geriatric Station
