Superior control and technical support of demanding industrial and commercial construction projects with special focus on “large projects” in the context of the company of approx. € 5–15 million Head of and further development of the competence center Industrial Construction for planning and project support of the German business units Support, control and further development of the operational project teams, especially for young construction and project managers Monitoring, standardization and optimization of processes from order production to project processing Technical and commercial support of the Business Units in project management, project controlling, risk assessment and improvement Support of management in controlling the operating business units and in evaluating larger project requests above € 10 million Participation in the development of new sales fields and customers through technical, economic and organizational evaluation of new market and project potentials Regular presence on construction sites and in offices, in particular in Hamburg, Bremen, Münster, Freiburg and Mannheim

More than 15 years of professional experience in the management of demanding construction projects, ideally in turnkey industrial and commercial construction Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification Very good understanding of the technical, economic and organizational requirements of complex construction projects Safe handling of project controlling, time, cost, quality and risk management Embossed understanding of process-oriented building project management from order acquisition to successful execution Readiness to travel within Germany to branches, project locations and construction sites of approx. 30%
