As PMI Manager (m/w/d) throughout Germany, you take on the operational responsibility for the planning, control and successful implementation of integration projects within the EGC Group. You make sure that newly acquired companies are structured and efficiently transferred to the organization and act as a central interface between management, departments and the acquired companies. Your tasks: Pre-Closing & Day-1-Readiness: Establishment and control of structured integration plans from signing to closing as well as ensuring the operational viability of the acquired company from the first day after completion of the transaction Integration planning & due diligence implementation: Analysis and translation of results from all disciplines into concrete integration measures, priorities and implementation plans Day-1-Management & Cutover Planning: Creation and Coordination of Day-1-Checklists, Cutover Planes and Transition Concepts and Ensure the Functionality of Central Processes Transition Services & Transitional Structures: Monitoring and Control of Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and Planning and Implementation of the Stepwise Transfer of Services to the EGC Organisation Project Management & Integration Control: Operational control of all integration activities across different areas as well as tracking milestones and responsibilities Change Management & Organisational Integration: Support for employees and managers during the integration process as well as active support for organisational and cultural changes of acquired societies Stakeholder Management & Communication: Development and Implementation of Communication Measures All Participated Stakeholders To Successfully Support the Integration Process Risk management & escalation: identification of potential risks of integration, development of appropriate countermeasures and early escalation of critical issues Reporting & Management Support: Creating regular status reports for management, ExCom and investors, as well as preparing decision bases and management presentations PMI Standards & Playbook Development: Continuous development of the PMI playbook, standardization of integration processes, checklists and templates, and transfer of Lessons Learned into future integrations Knowledge Transfer & Best Practices: Ensuring a sustainable knowledge transfer between completed and ongoing integrations and building best practices M&A and growth projects: support for cross-departmental special projects in the context of business acquisitions, organisational development and operational scaling

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, economic engineering, economics, management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the field of Post Merger Integration (PMI), M&A, Project Management, Corporate Development or Management Consulting Experience in the management of complex, cross-departmental projects with multiple stakeholders and parallel work packages Knowledge of change management and organisational change processes Experience in a dynamic, high-growth business environment, ideally in a private equity-led company or a buy-&-build organization Structured and methodological work and experience in building project plans, integration roadmaps and reporting structures Secure handling of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and common project management tools Analytical thinking capacity as well as the ability to understand complex facts and translate them into concrete measures Communication strength and sovereign appearance towards internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchical levels and a high self-initiative Readiness to travel to support integrations and projects at different locations within Germany German and English skills
