Head of the Building Construction Division for Federal Construction Measures (m/f/d)

As a specialist group manager (m/w/d), you take over the human, technical and organizational leadership of a team of up to 16 employees and are responsible for the planning and implementation of renovation, modernization and new construction measures of the Bundeswehr in the south-east of the country. You thus support the military security and the structural infrastructure of the federal state in Schleswig-Holstein. You control the incoming works, distribute the tasks and structure the workflows within your department You are planning the personnel deployment You are in close contact with your employees and are mutually exclusive in the GMSH as well as externally with users and our contractors. You are responsible for the quality of the planning and construction documents and ensure compliance with the statutory provisions. You control the costs, dates and qualities of the construction tasks within your scope of responsibility You promote and motivate your employees and actively shape change processes

Compulsory requirements: Completed university studies with the field of architecture / construction or civil engineering or a comparable construction-related university study Appropriate professional experience in construction and/or planning, preferably in public administration Clear, precise and comprehensible communication in German language Representative leadership competencies with an estimating, binding and target-oriented guidance confession Ability to transfer tasks and competences clearly and to enable employees to carry out their work at a distance Decision-making and specific sense of responsibility, in particular with regard to costs, dates, quality and management of employees Class B driving licence to carry out missions within Schleswig-Holstein Successful existence of the safety review pursuant to § 15 para. 2 VSA SH within the sample period Required requirements: Practical experience in managing employees Enforcement while co-operative cooperation Experience in the individual promotion and development of employees Ability to actively shape change processes and access digital developments
