Your tasks – You can look forward to this Deputy Head of Practice: You represent the practice manager in absence and work closely with her in the daily operating business. Organisation and control of the practice processes: You coordinate and control the practice processes taking into account the clinical interfaces and ensure efficient structures. Personnel planning and team coordination: You support personnel planning and coordination and are at the side of the team. Date and patient management: You ensure smooth appointment management and structured patient control. Accounting and Documentation Control: You contribute to the accounting (EBM/GOÄ) and ensure complete and correct documentation. Quality and Process Development: You work to optimize processes and projects for the further development of the MVZ and implement quality, hygiene and data protection standards. Operational cooperation as MFA: In addition, you take over all tasks of a medical specialist, such as blood collection, infusions and activities at the registration. In addition, you carry out neurological studies independently.

You have completed training for medical professionals (m/w/d) and are ideally bringing together several years of professional experience in practice. You have a well-founded knowledge of the cash medical billing (EBM digits) and in the private medical billing (GOÄ) In addition, you have experience in writing doctor's reports and attests as well as basic knowledge in regulation (e.g. prescription validity). Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as a safe handling of Microsoft Word are of course for you. You bring significant practical skills, especially in blood collection, infusions and injections.
