Contribute to Douglas Data Strategy and define our Data Governance Strategy Develop and implement best practices and routines in data governance to improve data quality, integrity and compliance across the company. Define and harmonize data governance standards; make sure they are integrated into the business processes and communicate them effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Coordinate comprehensive data governance initiatives in cooperation with various departments within Douglas Support teams through coaching and training in the principles and practices of data governance and make sure they understand their roles and responsibilities in terms of data integrity. Safe handling of data management tools and technologies as well as a strong interest in new trends and innovations in data governance and analytics.
