Deputy Head of Department Monitoring of operational business Market observation Expansion of customer relationships through regular visits and personal care on site Conception and implementation of consulting, training and product presentations - virtual, in the house, at the customer's premises or at trade fairs Collection and processing of customer orders Customer support via email, phone, TEAMS and WhatsApp Maintenance and updating of customer master files Processing and handling of returns and complaints

Commercial training, economic studies or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in sales or external services English knowledge in word and writing Existing network in the field of clinics and homecare Experience in dealing with medical devices is desirable readiness to travel
