We are a dynamically growing IT-Zweckverband, founded by the Pinneberg County and the city of Quickborn in the summer of 2008. We offer our local association partners competent advice and support in all IT areas. We currently serve in Schleswig-Holstein with approx. 260 colleagues around 7,500 jobs distributed over 250 locations. kommunit is a modern employer that combines sensory tasks with exciting and forward-looking topics. Our purpose association supports circles, communities, cities and offices on the way to digitalization. In addition, we currently maintain 31 school locations. For this administrative upgrade, we are looking for sleeve-high-cutters, creators and over-three-edged guckers. We are pleased if you support us in full or part-time as IT-Asset Management (m/d) at our location in Elmshorn near Hamburg.

You are contact*in for internal and external stakeholders on the topics related to the entire IT-Asset Management They bear the responsibility of providing the IT scale in a timely manner, create and optimize existing and new reports and introduce them You take over the ticket processing as well as supporting master data management in the IT-Asset Management department “IT-Support & User Service” They support the planning and implementation of IT-Asset Management projects (inventory, documentation and strategic IT projects) You are responsible for the further development and expansion of the IT Asset Management Process in our IT Service Management Tool They lay the foundation of master data management and are in constant exchange with, among other things, product, license and process management and support these with reports and evaluations

You have a completed vocational training in the commercial IT sector (e.g. as a merchant/wife for IT system management) and bring several years of experience in the IT field with You have experience in ITAM as an example in the context of 150-19970-1 or ISO 27001 They bring very good knowledge in handling ITSM and reporting tools such as Cherwell, lvanti, Matrix4 and Tableau with You have very good knowledge about MS Office (VBA, PowerQuery) and MS SQL and can rely on methodological and professional experience You have proven experience in Active Directory as well as in relevant standard hardware and software You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing at least at C1 level You have a class B driving licence
